[00:00:00] Hello, this is Ryan Chapman with Fix Your Funnel and today I want to introduce you to direct voice mails. It's a new feature we've added to Fix Your Funnel that allows you to deliver voicemails directly to a mobile phones voicemail inbox. This is exciting technology because it allows you to be able to get your voice and that dynamic of your voice in their phone in a place where there's not a whole lot of competition. The other thing it does is it allows you to leverage and have the ability to systematize delivering these messages by being able to automate them straight from campaign builder.
I'm going to show you how to create the voicemail and then we're going to show you how it's used. When we create a voicemail, you'll need to have uploaded audio and selected which of your Fix Your Funnel phone numbers you want to use. I'm gonna have this one come from our main number and I'm going to be choosing the strategy session one. This is a voicemail I want to leave to invite people to get a strategy session with either a trainer or myself so that we can show [00:01:00] them how to use Fix Your Funnel and Infusionsoft better in their sales and marketing systems.
I have two options here of high speed or low speed. In high speed mode, not as many will be delivered as in low speed mode. Low speed mode is actually still pretty fast, but it's gonna be more precise so you get a higher delivery rate. Okay, that's it. That's all there is to it.
Now I come back into my voicemails, and here's the one I just created. I'll copy this and go into Infusionsoft. Then in campaign builder, I'm going to open up a sequence and I've got a HTTP post, that's from right here and I'll just post in my URL. I need to include contact ID in phone five in my case because that's where I store mobile numbers. This service works in the United States and Canada. It only works with mobile phone numbers, so you might want to run our check number bot before you do this. Or, if you're collecting leads via text message, as I recommend, then you'll know that they're mobile already.
The other [00:02:00] great thing with this service is we filter out the do-not-contact, people that have put themselves on the national do-not-contact list in Canada or the United States will automatically be filtered out. You don't have to worry about those people being annoyed that you connected with them.
This is a great service. This is all there is to it, your market is ready! Then we can go back, we can publish, and we're good to go. That's all there is to it. There's a couple things you'll notice here: a do-not-contact tag gets applied if they're do-not-contact or if it failed for any reason, maybe the number wasn't a good number. Or if it didn't succeed in delivering, we'll apply that tag. Those tags can help us to be able to filter out those individuals in the future if we're doing another voice mail delivery.
