What is the Name Splitter Bot?
When a full name is saved to the First Name field, the Name Splitter Bot will split the name and save the first name to the First Name field and the rest of the name to the Last Name field.

How Folks Are Using the Name Splitter Bot
Properly Merge NamesSometimes, when people just ask for a name, contacts put their first and last names into the name field and the full name merges in as the first name in emails and text messages.
This bot splits the first name into first and last if there are more than two names in the field, then saves them to their proper place.
Obviously the better route is to ask for both first and last, but this will fix that problem.
