How Folks Are Using the Task Bot

Create Tasks based on Past Contact

First use the Counter Bot to know the number of touches with a contact.

Then, when the trigger number of touches is reached, use this bot to create a task for an agent to reach out to that user or perform an update to the contact record.

Record Information

I use this bot to record important information that I want as a note for historical purposes. This may include moving information from fields to notes to free up the field for fields used on a recurring basis, i.e. NPS, feedback or comments.
